"The refocusing of the government of the French community of Belgium on education is given concrete application through the Contrat pour l'Ecole. This contract serves as a guide for the action of the government and that of all the education community and social partners until 2013. The Contrat pour l'Ecole should allow the achievement of six priority objectives fully in compliance with the Lisbon European objectives: fight against all banishment mechanisms which exist at the level of individual schools."
