This is from a question in a Notice of Funding of a Claim form, where the notifying party is asked if the insurance premiums (of their Legal Protection insurance) are staged. I understand that this refers to the fact that for some insurances, the premium goes up as the proceedings progress. How do we refer to this in Dutch though?

M.a.w. de premies zijn afhankelijk van duur/omvang van de verleende rechtsbijstand. Je zou ook kunnen zeggen dat er sprake is van 'progressieve premieopbouw'.

@Willemina: ik kon zelf ook geen relevante voorbeelden vinden voor jouw specifieke context. In Nederland lijken (rechtsbijstand)verzekeraars dit principe niet toe te passen.
