English term

case-bringing activity

English to Dutch Law/Patents Law (general) antitrust law
A study by XXX, XXX and XXX examined the impact on case-bringing activity in various industries of welfare loss measures and the underlying variables that standard theory suggests accompany monopoly power.

I think it means bringing a case before the courts, but I don't know a good Dutch expression for this.

litigieus/litigieuze
