A "separator" is something used to separate (in this case ) solid substances, while "organ harvesting" is the removal of organs for other use, see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Organ_harvesting
The context is still rather weird; "tendons" may not be human tendons here?

In het Nederlands wordt overigens tevens gesproken van (bijv. illegale) "orgaanoogst", maar niet van zoiets als "pezenoogst". Ik weet dus niet of harvest in dit geval met oogst vertaald zou kunnen worden, maar het lijkt me weinig voor de hand liggend.
