Anhänger, Karre Explanation: Depends on whether they are designed to be pulled by a vehicle i.e. fitted with a tow-hook, or by a welder and just fitted with a handle. Just a platform trolley in the one case, or a proper trailer in the other, designed for transporting acetylene around from one welding site to another. -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2006-06-04 14:19:22 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- Have a look at P.2, para. 3.3.5 for a definition of this: http://www.nfpa.org/assets/files/PDF/ROP/51A-06-Draft.pdf Looks like they are towed by a vehicle, therefore an "Anhänger"... -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 2 hrs (2006-06-04 14:20:34 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- I doubt that they would describe it as a "trailer" if it were stationary. |
