פנדלים
Although Desertfox's answer is correct, the translation suggested is too official, and is parallel to the official name of this tie-breaking procedure: "kicks from the penalty mark".
In everyday speech of soccer fans the word "פנדלים" (pEndelim) (penalty kicks) is used; "pendel" being a distortion of Slavic origin of the English word "penalty". Each one of the kicks may also be referred to as a singular "pEndel".
Sometimes, "pendelim" are also called "בעיטות הכרעה" (be'itOt hakhra'A).
