What does "All trademarks acknowledged." means?

This was already asked by a Czech (?) translator - if I am correct - and by myself (HU) as well, but received no good answer.

Does it mean, that the company "acknowledge" all the trademarks (and related rights) belonging to others - what he used/named in the document?

or

It means that all the trademarks of the Company are "acknowledged" (id est registered).

or

....
