non so il termine tecnico in italiano ma so che to break in qui significa usare l'attrezzo un pò di volte per affinare i suoi profili-rompere la sua rigidità di fabbrica per così dire come con un buon coltello.

Questo attrezzo permashape avrebbe i profili già temprati di fabbrica e quindi non necessiterebbe di questo periodo di 'rodaggio'-anche se gli esperti non sembrano d'accordo-vedi forum

Guardando meglio il forum direi che con broken in si parla sopratutto degli angoli che sono smussati per evitare finiture con brutte linee oltre che avere profili più affilati.
Questa forma con i bordi affilati e gli angoli smussati è poi resa permanente, o stabile come dice il collega martini, ma broken in indica l'aspetto 'usato' della cazzuola seppure è nuova di fabbrica.

neutral  Lisa Jane: Forma stabile sta bene per spiegare permashape ma non per broken in secondo me A me non convince invece la risposta spagnola perché non traduce broken in ma appunto il concetto di permashape
