German term
Bohnen-Kaffeemaschine
German to English
Tech/Engineering
Furniture / Household Appliances
Catering
I know what this is and can find pictures of them on google but don't know if there's a word for them in English...
It's from a leaflet giving information about the deals available to exhibitors at a trade fair.
"Zu jeder Bohnen-Kaffeemaschine gibt es die erste Kaffeepackung à 250 g gratis dazu und bei den Portionen Maschinen wie Lavazza oder Nespresso bekommen Sie ein Päckchen mit Keksen zum Kaffee."

coffee machine/maker with built-in grinder
machine/maker are used interchangeably. But what distinguishes the Bohnen-Kaffeemaschine here--though the German is a bit sloppy, so it's a bit of guessing--is that it has the beans & grinder vs. the capsule system.

integrated coffee machine
in the quote "Bohnen-Kaffeemaschine" is contrasted with "Portionen Maschinen" (the spelling is wrong). It seems therefore that the former is an authomatic coffee machine with integrated mill rather than a mere "Bohnenkaffee" machine.
another possibility: automatic coffee machine

: Caution: "integrated" often (always?) means a machine built-into the kitchen or other appliances (www.appliancist.com/builtin_coffee_machines/fagor-integrate...

whole-bean coffee machine
this might be an option, if you want to make it really obvious. but since you say it is used at a trade fair, I think the 'automatic' or the 'integrated' might be better

: does not have to be whole bean but a type of dripolator

automatic coffee machine
Here in Europe, most coffee machine types are this kind, and we usually call them "automatic" machines, having the integrated grinder to be able to use the whole beans

drip coffeemaker / dripolator / coffee brewer / drip-brew machine / drip brewer
A coffeemaker is a kitchen appliance used to brew coffee without having to boil water in a separate container. While there are many different types of coffeemaker using a number of different brewing principles, in the most common devices, coffee grounds are placed in a paper or metal filter inside a funnel, which is set over a glass or ceramic coffee pot. Cold water is poured into a separate chamber, which is then heated up to the boiling point, and directed into the funnel. This is also called automatic drip-brew;
A drip coffee maker can also be referred to as a dripolator. It works by admitting water from a reservoir into a tube in the base of the coffeemaker, where a heating element partially boils the water. Steam bubbles force the remaining liquid through a riser tube, over a spreader plate, and onto the coffee grounds. The coffee passes through a filter and drips down into the carafe. A one-way valve in the tubing prevents water from backflowing into the reservoir.[1];
A number of different machines used to automate these methods were around until the mid-20th century. In 1972, the first automatic drip-brew coffeemaker for home use, Mr. Coffee, was introduced (Bunn had come out with an automatic drip-brew machine for commercial use in 1963). It combined aspects of both the drip-brew process and the percolating process with the added feature of heating up the water using an electric element in a separate chamber. Since that time, the number, style, and size of these appliances have increased dramatically;

bean-to-cup coffee machine
Could this be a possibility here?
Bean to cup coffee machines are sometimes referred to as automatic coffee makers. These machines use whole fresh coffee beans rather than ground coffee.
