I've found this, too, on the SAP help site. See:
http://help.sap.com/saphelp_45b/helpdata/de/35/26b258afab52b...

and change "de" to "en" in the URL again. Although you don't have much context, I would recommend using whatever you have to select between this "screen" or "screen template". Although the SAP website also gives "mask", I think this is always a mistranslation - even if it's an approved one!
