The fruit of his great labor - the result of his dedication/persistence/devotion to his work

執念の賜物 = the fruit of his labor / the result of his dedication/devotion/persistence in his work.

Apparently, this man has produced a fabulous work--something that "貫いた" so this sentence compliments "the fruit of his labor."

That really makes me curious, Casey. It must be something truly wonderful! :-)

"Shunen no tamamono"
Shunen = devotion, persistence, tenacity, etc.
Tamamono = gift, boon, results. In this case, results works the best.
