俗人化の反対は共通化、標準化です。
個々人が別々の用語や資料、作業方法を使っていては全体の効率が上がりませんね。
また、個人が欠けても全体の業務が成り立ちません。
共通の作業マニュアルを作ったり、資料や台帳を一括保管したり、資料名の統一を図ったり。これが属人化の廃止です。

For the whole phrase (属人化していた業務の排除), you could probably use something like "eliminate the need for human labor" or "replace humans with computers."
I saw in one of the dictionaries where 対応の属人化 was translated as "personalized care." I think that works nicely in that context.

I think Michiko's right. It's probably more like "eliminate situations where only one person is capable of performing a certain task (through documentation and other efforts)."
