I have no idea what デカ here means exactly, can anyone help me? Thank you in advance!

Decem used to mean 'ten' in Latin, thus we have December, decimal, decade, decathlon, etc. So a lot of words starting with dec are related to ten. December is used for 12月 because in ancient times used to start their calender with March, and December was the 10th month!!

You can always ask Even if you are working for an agency, you can and should ask questions. If they cannot answer it themselves, they should go to their client and ask. This is how it works with professional agencies.

better ask the client! We can guess but it could be wrong. I doubt such colloqual expression as Dekai be used in a commercial context. If it really means XL, it feels almost insulting to women!

I believe that デカ is used to denote a 'ten-pack' of apparel, such a socks or cloves, or in this case bras.

Japanese wikipedia also confirms this on the page for デカ:

デカはアパレル業界において手袋・靴下の10着（1着は左右ペア）の単位として使われることがあり、この場合の単位記号は「X」（ローマ数字の10）である

So 3デカ would mean 3 x ten-packs.

Unfortunately, it has nothing to do with the size of the bra. Interesting thought though!
