It looks like "I tillegg gjores det for ovrige kundefordringer en uspesifert avsetning for a dekksantatt tapp" (excuse the lack of Norwegian symbols!)

agree Per Bergvall : Probably '..for å dekke antatte tap' - but antatt tap is no more a valid accoun ting term than assumed losses . It's forventede tap/anticipated losses, which is why you get the nod...
