Clearinghouse settlement sheet: A sheet prepared by each member of a clearinghouse association showing the amount of checks that it holds against each other bank of the association, and which will be presented for collection at the next clearing. The total of this sheet, i.e., the aggregate of claims against other members, represents the bank's credit balance at the clearinghouse.
