Contracting parties are obliged to perform quality and quantity takeover, of which the Minutes shall be made (SAT – Site Acceptance Test), which shall be signed by the Buyer’s representative from the Institute and the Seller’s representative, and which shall be made in two identical copies, of which each party shall keep one copy.
