Does this refer to the skin (i.e. redraping) or to rearrangement of the surgical drapes? The medullary nailing was for a femoral fracture. And does upplägging mean e.g. plan?

As far as I know, "omdukning" refers to replacement of the surgical drapes, and "uppläggning" in this case I interpret as the placement of the patient/limb in relation to the surgeon, for best visibility, performance etc.
