Swedish term

af [name]

Swedish to English Other Other fax to a company
Fax from a property company to someone at Skatteverket.
Heading: af [name]
[in English] From: [name]
Sent [date]
To: *af* [name

Does anyone know what the 'af' means/stands for, please? As far as I know, it definitely came from Sweden, although the company also has a branch in Austria so the text says.
Thanks in advance.

af [name]

The "af" is part of the family name (like the Dutch "van") and should not be translated.
Never translate proper nouns!

The "af" indicates nobility; see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jägerhorn_af_Spurila
