I don't speak Swedish, I have no idea how you would call this position in English, and I'm not even sure it refers to this, but my guess is that Km stands for Kirkemester (that's how it would sound in Danish anyway), the master of the church, i.e. the priest is not borrowed from another church but is the "director" of that one.

Sorry if my answer bothered you, but isn't there an option 1 "I'm guessing" for Kudoz replies?! Besides, I speak Danish. Do you know how similar Danish and Swedish are? I wouldn't dare to suggest anything if I didn't believe it could be of any help!
