a foreign accent.....speak like a foreigner
Yes, I know invancrare is an immigrant, but the term "immigrant accent" is hardly used much in English.

There is no such thing as an 'invandrabrytning', ie, immigrant accent.
I speak Swedish with a fairly slight English accent. I hear people around me, on the radio and tv, etc, who also speak Swedish with a foreign accent depending on their first language. The term 'invandrarbrytning' is derogative.

True, the fact that new words appear in Rinkeby and in other localities and which in time may be accepted generally as positive contributions to the Swedish language.

: I agree with Madeline - also I think it's supposed to be derogatory in this context...

The question is 'invandrarbrytning', not what the author may be thinking!
