Texte source - anglais XXX’s economic obligations in respect of each project are set forth in Annex-1 to this Agreement, which constitutes an indivisible part of this Agreement. The economic obligations set forth in Annex-1 enter into force immediately upon the written acceptance of each specific proposed project.
In the event that XXX at any point wishes to abandon a project it has previously accepted and for which the permitting process has begun, it may do so with no further economic or other obligation being incurred by either party to this Agreement.

The assignment of the plot to a particular location in the region or determination of the kind of neighbourhood (good or worse) are somewhat subjective judgements. The way in which this variable was classified has been described in the present thesis; however, this classification is not as unambiguous as for the other variables.
