I use Firefox 99 % of the time and Internet Explorer for a couple of websites that don't work well in Firefox and for Windows updates. Google Chrome is on my desktop but I only ever open it accidentally!

Google Chrome and Firefox are always open on my screen(s), for different Websites.
Once every so often, I have to use Explorer because some sites are "optimized for Internet Explorer"

I use Firefox most of the time. Firefox's add-ons are so helpful. I rarely use IE, just for few websites. Google Chrome seems to be so smart but I've just tried it a couple of times.

I used Chrome for a while but I recently switched to Firefox because the new version (7.0) introduced some pretty cool features such as clipping tabs, smart search bar... The bookmark system allows you to add tags to your links, which is also very useful to keep things in order without making dozens of different folders.

As said by someone else, you sometimes have no choice as certain sites are optimized for a particular browser... usually IE! Hmm...
Otherwise, Google Chrome, the most glitch-free of the range. Firefox is not bad at all, but every now and then it did megabug so I shifted to Chrome which almost never bugs.

When I moved to a Mac, I started using Safari. For some reason my previous favourite, Firefox, seemed slow and ugly. Safari's not always perfect, but I love the way it looks! Yep, I'm a typical Apple fan!

I had been an avid user of firefox for years, but when I was made to use chrome on a friend's computer I realised that it's so easy to use, and almost completely bug-free. Since I installed it on my computer I haven't looked back, and in fact I've tried running it alongside firefox, and chrome works faster than ff by far.
a true chrome convert here!!

I use Chrome most of the time. I have both Firefox and IE installed on my computers, because of the same reasons many mentioned already. But Chrome works much faster and I like I can perform searches directly from the address bar and I like that it has a spellchecker and that websites look bigger, larger. Open any website in Chrome and then in Firefox and you will see the difference.
I am a chrome fan, I must say

The latest version of Firefox runs on about a third of the memory of the previous versions, making it a much lighter and less memory hungry proposition. It has more sophisticated programming than it's rivals and you can feel that in the way it operates.

I totally agree with Richard on this. The latest version of Firefox is awesome. Additionally, Firefox is powered by a global community of passionate volunteers, and supports openness, accessibility, privacy, customization, interoperability in the Web. These are core values that make the Web better for everyone. IE and Chrome are better browsers because of this.

I don't remember the last time I stumbled upon a website optimized for IE - and more generically, the last time I opened IE on my laptop.
Not because I am a (happy) Opera user, but it's fun how such few people use it when some of the most common features of both Mozilla and Chrome have been originally designed or even invented by Opera developers.

I've recently discovered Iron, which is basically Google Chrome, but without the privacy issues. It's fantastic. Before that I used Firefox, until it started to crash every half hour. IE is only used after reinstalling the system, to download another browser
