Why can't I pay via "redeem credit"? I have the same problem with another course which is: Trados 2014 Part I - supply chain.

I cannot make the payment as the error said:

Something went wrong...
You must provide a valid first name for registration with GoToWebinar.
You must provide a valid last name for registration with GoToWebinar."

How can I fix this problem so it never comes up again?
