The arguments of an international expert about the inaccuracy and the admissibility of the Eco-Toxicity and Corrosivity Tests developed within the analysis framework is based on the following observations:
o Does not apply for solid waste (general criterion)
o It does only apply for elements of the Periodic Table
o It does only apply for waste that go directly to bodies of water
o It does only apply for liquid and aqueous waste
o TCLP liquid is not appropriate – adjusted pH
Once the national and international technical information has been revised, and the protocols followed by the Bioassay laboratories from the Universidad Nacional have also been revised and the consultancies with some internatinal experts from the Europen Union, in the field of Environmental Toxicology made, it was decided that the Eco-toxicity test does apply for solid waste, but does not only apply for the elements of Periodic Table, which are seen as substances that act in an isolated form, and does not only apply to waste that go directly to bodies of water.
The Eco-Toxicity assays are oriented to characterized the complex mixtures in many cases residues or waste whose composistion and effects are not completely documented. The Bioassay may evaluate the level of toxicity of mixture of the elements and compounds to determine if a solid waste is toxic for an organism.

Los argumentos del experto internacional sobre la no pertinencia y conducencia de las pruebas de ecotoxicidad desarrolladas en el marco de este estudio, se fundamentan en las siguientes observaciones:
- No aplica para desechos sólidos (criterio global)
- Sólo aplica para elementos de la tabla periódica
- Sólo aplica para desechos que van directamente a cuerpos de agua
- Sólo aplica a desechos líquidos y acuosos
- TLCP líquido no es apropiado. pH ajustado
Una vez revisada la literatura técnica a nivel nacional e internacional, revisado los protocolos seguidos por el laboratorio de Bioensayos de la Universidad Nacional y realizadas algunas consultas con expertos internacionales de la Unión Europea en el campo de la Toxicología Ambiental se considera que la prueba de ecotoxicidad si aplica a desechos sólidos, no solo aplica a los elementos de la tabla periódica, vistos como sustancias que actúan de forma aislada, ni tampoco aplica sólo a desechos que van directamente a campos de agua.
Los ensayos de ecotoxicidad están orientados a caracterizar mezclas complejas, en muchos casos residuos o desechos cuya composición y efectos no están completamente documentados. El ensayo biológico puede evaluar el nivel de toxicidad de la mezcla de los elementos y compuestos para determinar si un residuo sólido es tóxico para un organismo.

- La utiliza para dolores en general como el gripal, cuando tengo cólicos, dolor de estomago. Lo tomo cada 6 a 8 horas con agua.
