Texte source - anglais Appreciating importance of dissemination and transfer of technology for increasing productivity of crops and other farming activities, DPD supports various initiatives for facilitating better access of farmers to various agencies providing inputs, technology, credit, extension, market, etc,. Support is also provided for facilitating adoption of technologies, package of practices by farmers by demonstrating technologies. To cater to interventions under technology transfer and dissemination NABARD has created Farm Technology Transfer Fund (FTTF) in the year 2008 out of its operating profit. The corpus under the fund stood at Rs.101 crore as on 01 April 2012. During 2012-13 assistance of Rs.39.79 crore was disbursed for various interventions under FTTF. Various activities being supported under FTTF are as under:
Research and Development
R&D Fund
Established by the Bank, in accordance with the provisions of the NABARD Act 1981, the Research and Development (R&D) Fund aims at acquiring new insights into the problems of agricultural and rural development through in-depth studies and applied research and trying out innovative approaches backed up by technical and economic studies. The R&D Fund is utilised for formulating policies on matters of importance to agricultural operations and rural development, including facilities for training, dissemination of information and promotion of research by undertaking techno-economic studies and other surveys in the fields of agriculture, rural banking and rural development.
Corpus of the R& D Fund is Rs.50 crore.
Traduction - hindi फसलों की उत्पा दकता एवं अन्य कृषि-कार्यकलापों को बढ़ाने हेतु प्रौद्योगिकी के प्रसार एवं स्थांनांतरण को महत्त्व देते हुए विकास नीति विभाग विविध कार्यों में सहायता देता है जिससे कि किसानों को उन एजेंट के साथ संपर्क करने में आसानी हो जो इनपुट्स, प्रौद्योगिकी, क्रेडिट, विस्तारर, मार्केट इत्या दि की सुविधाएँ प्रदान करती हैं. किसानों द्वारा प्रौद्योगिकी अपनाए जाने तथा प्रौद्योगिकी प्रदर्शन के माध्यवम से उनके द्वारा स्वींकृत पैकेज के लिए भी सहायता प्रदान की जाती है. प्रौद्योगिकी स्थाानांतरण एवं प्रसार के अंतर्गत किए जानेवाले प्रयासों के लिए नाबार्ड ने वर्ष 2008 में अपने Operating Profit से FTTFund का सृजन किया है. इस फंड के अंतर्गत दिनांक 01 अप्रैल 2012 तक रु.101 करोड़ का कार्पस बन चुका है. वर्ष 2012-13 के दौरान FTTF के अंतर्गत विविध क्रियाकलापों हेतु रु.39.79 करोड़ की सहायता राशि संवितरित की गयी है. इसके अंतर्गत निम्न लिखित विविध कार्यों को सहायता प्रदान की जा रही है.
अनुसंधान एवं विकास निधि
नाबार्ड अधिनियम 1981 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार बैंक द्वारा स्थापित अनुसंधान और विकास ( आर एंड डी) निधि का उद्देश्य गहन अध्ययन और अनुप्रयुक्त अनुसंधान के माध्यम से कृषि और ग्रामीण विकास की समस्याओं को नए दृष्टिकोण से जानना और तकनीकी और आर्थिक अध्ययनों द्वारा समर्थित नवोन्मेषी प्रयास करना है. अनुसंधान एवं विकास निधि का उपयोग प्रशिक्षण सुविधाओं, सूचनाओं का प्रसार तथा कृषि, ग्रामीण बैंकिंग और ग्रामीण क्षेत्रों में तकनीकी-आर्थिक अध्ययन और अन्य सर्वेक्षणों के माध्यम से अनुसंधान को बढ़ावा देने सहित कृषि कार्यों और ग्रामीण विकास के महत्व के मामलों पर नीतियां तैयार करने के लिए किया जाता है.
अनुसंधान एवं विकास निधि कोष रु.50 करोड़ है.
