[Edited at 2021-03-06 07:58 GMT] Hello Hans, You don't need to know the target language to watch DeepMiner in action. Things to probe: 1. Mining depth [current segment, termbase/lexicon match, active/displayed segment TM match, active/displayed subsegment TM match, inactive/deep_mined TM match, machine translation] 2. Count threshold [number of phrase saves in TM that triggers autosuggest] 3. Autosuggest length [words, phrases, sentences] 4. Augosuggest priority [lexicon, termbase, TM, MT, metadata] You could use the above as a reference checklist for a head-to-head test drive of autosuggest in CT/DVX. | | | Michael Beijer United Kingdom Local time: 13:10 Member (2009) Dutch to English + ... a lot of Déjà Vu’s DeepMiner functionality is already available in CafeTran (under different nam | Mar 8, 2021 |

I am 94% certain most of the DeepMiner functionality (if not all of it) is already present in CafeTran (and has been for a while), just under different names. Probably best to ask the developer (Igor), but have a look here: Edit > Preferences > Memory See also: https://github.com/idimitriadis0/TheCafeTranFiles/blob/master/CafeTran%20Espresso%20-%201%20Preferences.md#memory (for a good explanation of the various options) Michael PS: see also our old CafeTran wiki.
