是啊，我觉得文学、文字和艺术工作者尤其要注意调节精神，只要有机会就该出去散散心。我是特殊情况，转行不久，百业待兴，家里又有两个孩子一只猫，所以去哪儿都觉得不方便。尽管如此，跟孩儿他爹一合计，还是定了 7 月份带全家（包括猫咪）去卢森堡的一个营地度假一周，全当聊胜于无了。呵呵。

不如先让孩子自由发展，等他们长大些再适当加以指点。

我也正是这么想滴，想想我的青春时代全被考试吃掉了，不忍心当“虎妈”。：）孙老这么说，可算给我了一颗定心丸吃，朋友都说我家孩子是散养方式，哈哈。

郁金香的花色真多，"Queen of the night" 多 “charm” 的名字呀。来年若培育成功了，别忘了拿图片到这里来晒晒啊。到时候我们要说“看，老孙的 Queen of the night 来啦”。:D

散养总比圈养好。不过，我的话只能作为参考，因为我不是 Dutch uncle。

那个忽悠“老总”倒也会利用形势。当时正是北京有人砸日本车的时候，而且官方开始正确评价驻缅远征军。如果那些为国捐躯的驻缅远征军将士在九泉之下得知他们的声望被用于商业营销，将情何以堪？

那旅行社肯定是与那些厂商串通好的。这种情况很普遍。那导游也带我们去了苏州第一丝厂。我买了一条金叶丝牌蚕丝被。虽然比我几年前在杭州买的蚕丝被贵了许多，但我想不至于是假货吧。现在一般商店里卖的蚕丝被往往是柞蚕丝的，甚至掺有化纤丝。旅行社想提成倒也可理解，只要他们不与那些厂商串通卖假货就好。过分的商品化对于秀美的风景和人们的思想而言也是一种严重污染。

巧得很，我去苏州的时候也是跟团，也是参观了蚕丝被制作，也买了蚕丝被。还把它巴巴地带到了荷兰，每年夏天用用。

说不定我们参观的是同一家厂。真是相见恨晚，要不然我们几个可以事先约好一起去。 我想，厂方展示蚕丝被制作过程，是想让我们购买时放心。蚕丝被确实是好东西。在国外不易买到。到了厂里，总觉得不会买到假货、次货，于是就慷慨解囊。在欧美若买到质量有问题的商品，拿回商店人家二话不说就给退了。因此，我们购买商品时就很少考虑质量是否有问题。所以，国内亲戚说我们丧失了“免疫力”。 网上有人说，他们在厂里买到了次货，或是短斤少两。不过，无论我在杭州或是苏州买的蚕丝被，质量都很好。

说起丝绵 Mar 16, 2016

我还记得和父母一起到北京前门大栅栏的瑞蚨祥去买丝绵。那时北京冬天很冷，我们都穿丝绵袄。

店里的丝绵包装是成吊的，形状有点儿像个大火腿，整包打开后一层层的丝绵白花花的，令人咂舌。

How they get the bulk of silk neatly bundled into that form is still a wonder to me.

Each thin layer of the silk quilt is made of only one single cocoon. Such a meticulous process may partly explain why the silk quilt is quite expensive.
