Hi colleagues,
I have been trying to access a translation I have been asked to proofread on memoQ. However, every time I enter my user name and password, I get this sign:
The memoQ server is not available. Try again later.
I wrote to Sandra Paulini, of memoQ, but she is not available either... : (
Can anyone help, please?

Ask the client, as they are responsible for providing the server. Some clients have their own servers while others use MemoQ's servers.
Sometimes the servers need maintenance. Did you get any notification about that in MemoQ?

I was able to get in touch with Sandra Paulini, of memoQ, and, following her directions, could finally access the files without using the usual link.

Hi Elena,
As per Sandra Paulini's suggestion, I asked the client to authorize me to use their memoQ licence, so that I could complete their translation/transcreation projects on line.
Since then, I have had no difficulty at all.

Your client's server is down.
Not MemoQ central, but the guys who hired you.
And then it just came back up.
