mymemory not working again on Tr ados Studio 2017 Sep 4, 2017

mymemory not working again on Tr ados Studio 2017.....I have been advised to supress the plugin and re-install. But no luck. Message "plugin already installed". Any help will be highly appreciated.

I finished a project 15 minutes ago and MyMemory was working fine. Hopefully it is just a temporary issue. Anyway, if the problem persists, I suggest you contact their team - they are really helpful.

MyMemory plugin not working again. Started about 3 days ago Sep 17, 2018

MyMemory plugin is not working again. Started about 3 days ago. I bought the Pro version hoping it would fix it. Didn't. Installed the latest version (3.10 I think). No more success. I use Trados 2017. Do you have similar issues? Mymemory does appear in the list of plugin tools, but no result. Even in older projects. Wether it is Italian or English. Any tip will be highly welcome. Brice
