Hello,
I have 2 questions:

1) I use Trados 2019 since months and need to wait 30 seconds before Trados saves the changes. It happens even with very small files or after rebooting my PC and Trados.

2) Working with Trados 2019, is it possible (and how) to generate a return package for my client using Trados 2017?

Do you experience any other delays? What are the parameters of your computer?

I had that problem when I first installed Trados 2019 on my basic HP Intel Celeron laptop that has a mere 4GB of RAM, it's impossible to work with such a demanding program with that hardware.

I installed it on another laptop instead that has 8GB of RAM and it has been running smoothly ever since.

Edit: If you look up compatibility between Trados 2017 and 2019, it seems that project and return packages should be fully compatible between the two, so you would just create one the usual way.
