Muliterm 2019 - Tab delimited export does not work properly

When I try to export a termbase from the MT 2019 desktop, I am getting a file that has no tab delimiters in it.
It just produces a sequence of continuous text, such as:

Hi Robert,
The only way I know to export a termbase is to export it using the XML format.
Once the termbase is exported you can view it using your browser or an editor (as notepad++).
You can also open the XML file with Excel for editing.

Thank you, but I need tab delimited text, not xml.
I tried to create my own model, but it just does not matter how I configure it, the software ignores everything and produces the same garbage.
It was working okay in the 2014 version.
What are we paying for, actually?

Well, you can still generate the tab delimited file from the Excel worksheet!
