Error when importing Docx file to memoQ 2015

Hi everyone

I'm trying to import Docx file into memoQ 2015, and I get the following error:

"An item with the same key has already been added."

I could import it only after changing it into RTF, but I rather work with Docx, not RTF.

I'd appreciate any help you can offer

I am getting the same error, 5 years later in MemoQ 9.6!

I was able to solve it by opening the file in LibreOffice and resaving as a docx.

I tried saving it as rtf or opening with Open Office and saving it as an odt file, but both ways messed up the formatting.
