How to select specific words in segment

Good morning translators,
I have to deal with some target segments with "crazy cases".
For example:

This iS juST a test abOut selecTing IMPORTANT WORDS.

Let's imagine I want to turn that sentence into:
This is just a TEST about selecting IMPORTANT Words.

In MS Word I can select specific words by pressing Ctrl + double left-click.
Is there something similar in MemoQ so I can select several words that need the same case in the segmen... See more

This is just a TEST about selecting IMPORTANT Words.

In MS Word I can select specific words by pressing Ctrl + double left-click.
Is there something similar in MemoQ so I can select several words that need the same case in the segment to speed up the process?

Example: select "is + just + test + selecting" at the same time, then press Shift + F3 and apply lower case to all of them.

Select the first word in your selection by double clicking, then press and hold Ctrl+Shift, then one click at the end of your selection.

Would it be possible to select two words in a row, not select the next word, and then select the last word again?

I am not aware of a way to do that.

If you only want to select words such as: juST abOut selecTing
They can be matched easily with a regex.
