• Current Employment - Presently working as Training Manager with Hindustan Latex Family Planning Promotion Trust (HLFPPT- under Statewide Contraceptive Social Marketing Project for Rural UP). Presently leading the team of 4 NGO Coordinators.

• Received Prizes in 1995, 1999, 2001, 2002 for short stories in "Yudhvir Foundation's" 'Story Writing Competitions.' (Hyderabad based Foundation).
• Received Second Prize in 'Yuva Pratibha Khoj' organised by Deptt. of information & Public relations Govt. of U.P. in 1997 for short story 'Vyom Dha'.
• 'Prakriti Dansh' Radio Drama based on environment written for Aakashwani Lko was later send for National Award from Aakashwani Lucknow.
• Conceived and written Radio Feature 'Andhere Main Sooraj' after a study on 'Suicidal tendencies in youth' was also send for National award from Aakashwani Lucknow in 2001.
• Story compilation 'Prem Gali Ati Saankari' is under publication.
