What is the best front to use in both languages?

Assalamou alaykoum wa rahamatou Allah wa barakatouh,

I would like to know what is the best font to use to write in both language : Arabic and European languages (like English or French)?

I tried 'Time New Roman' and it is pretty good ma cha Allah, but the Arabic letters are very small while the translation is very big.

Is there any other suggestions?

I ask this question because when i use my CAT tool to translate, the translation comes out with

It is recommended to use Arial font.

Is this possible you be me precise : witch Arial front is the best? I have many on my computer.

Is this :

Arial ?
Arial Unicode MS ?
Arial Black ?
Arial Narrow ?
Arial rounded bold?

Or, another one we can download on the internet ?

What about Traditional Arabic ?

This font display very well in both languages ma cha Allah!
