I'm translating a product handbook with error messages. Does anyone know if the sentence "正常情况下，袋子不熔化情况" could have anything to do with the vacuum system the Smart Toilet uses? (It uses trash bags.)

It seems that the bag could be melted in a special situation, and that it will not be melted under normal circumstances. I do not have any smart toilet at home, so I do not know how it works in reality.
