This license agreement made, entered into, and effective this ___ day of _____ 2005 by and between Mondi Technology Investments S.A. (hereinafter called LICENSOR), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the country of Luxembourg, having its principal office at 48 rue de Bragance, Luxembourg, L-1255 and _____________(hereinafter referred to as LICENSEE), a corporation organized and existing under the laws of ___________ having its principal office at ____________________. The License Agreement will apply to the successor and assigns of both the LICENSOR and LICENSEE.
Whereas, LICENSOR has obtained the exclusive right in the Licensed Territory to exploit certain trade secrets, patents, and trademark relating to the manufacture, use, and sale of pallets produced by the Licensed Products.
Whereas, LICENSEE desires to obtain the right to use the Proprietary Property from LICENSOR, and
Whereas, LICENSEE desires to obtain design and engineering assistance from LICENSOR from time to time in connection with the manufacture and sale of the
Licensed Products.
Now, therefore, for good and valuable consideration, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. Definitions
As used herein, the following terms shall have the following meanings:
1.1 “Agreement” shall mean this License Agreement, including all exhibits hereto.
1.2 “Authorized UNIPAL Equipment Manufacturer” shall mean the manufacturer of UNIPAL Machinery authorized by the LICENSOR to do so.

Many pregnant women do not want to give up any part of their fitness routine. Your client needs to know how to continue or begin a strength training program safely.
Lower weights and higher repetitions (i.e., 12-20_ will maintain tone and strength with less risk of damaging ligaments. Hormonal changes create laxity in ligaments throughout the body, not just in the pelvic region. Lifting heavy resistance should be avoided in view of the resultant joint instability and the likelihood of performing a Valsalva maneuver in heavy training. This momentary or sustained breath holding (Valsalva) could divert blood from the womb to the working muscles, portentially compromising the fetus, or could unnecessarily increase the mother’s heart rate and blood pressure to high levels.
