Source text - English There is a lack of clarity regarding specific risk factors discriminating generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) from panic disorder (PD).
Goal: This study investigated whether GAD and PD could be discriminated through differences in de- velopmental etiological factors including childhood parental loss/separation, psychological disorders, and maternal and paternal attachment.
Method: Twenty people with adult generalized anxiety disorder (GAD), 20 with adult panic disorder (PD), 11 with adult comorbid GAD and PD, and 21 adult non-anxious controls completed diagnostic interviews to assess symptoms of mental disorders in adulthood and childhood. Participants also re- ported on parental attachment, loss and separation.

هدف: این مطالعه امکان تمییز اضطراب فراگیر و وحشت¬زدگی از یکدیگر را بواسطه¬ی تفاوت¬هایشان در فاکتورهای سبب-شناختی تکاملی از جمله از دست دادن/ جداشدن والدین در دوران کودکی، اختلالات روانی، و وابستگی به مادر و پدر بررسی می¬کند.
روش: بیست نفر مبتلا به اختلال اضطراب فراگیر بزرگسالان، 20 نفر مبتلا به اختلال وحشت¬زدگی، 11 نفر مبتلا به وحشت-زدگی و اضطراب فراگیر همایند بزرگسالان، و 21 فرد شاهد غیرمضطرب مصاحبه¬های تشخیصی را برای ارزیابی علائم اختلالات روانی در بزرگسالی و کودکی کامل کردند. شرکت کنندگان درباره¬ی وابستگی به والدین و یا فقدان یا جدایی¬شان نیز گزارش دادند.

Source text - Persian (Farsi) نوزادان زودرس بستری در بیمارستان ها اکثرا تحت مداخلات دردناک فراوانی از جمله خونگیری وریدی قرار میگیرند. مطالعات نشـان داده اسـت کـه درد، تکامـل عصبی را تحـت تاثير قـرار می دهد و پاسـخ های بعـدی به محرک هـای دردناک و پاسـخ های رفتـاری را متاثـر می سـازد و می توانـد صدمـات قابـل توجهـی را از نظـر روحـی و روانـی بـر آنـان وارد نمايد. لذا این مطالعه با هدف بررسی تاثیر قنداق بر تغییرات فیزیولوژیک و شدت درد ناشی از خونگیری در نوزادان زودرس انجام شد.
Translation - English Premature hospitalized babies often undergo several painful interventions, including venipuncture. Studies have shown that pain affects neurodevelopment, influences later responses to painful stimuli and behavioral responses, and can cause mentally significant damages to them. Therefore, this study aimed to investigate the effect of swaddling on physiological changes and the intensity of venipuncture-induced pain in premature babies.
