this word "manifested" has two meaning; both of which support the legal document. i.e. 1- stands as proof of. 2- clearly apparent and obvious to the mind and senses. As we know, legal documents should logically be forwarded as a proof that is apparent and obvious to mind and senses. So, translation shall be: ///As manifested in the documents,... ///
