Facultative Management and the Proprietor

I've been translating building contracts for 2 years now and the propiedad in this context is always the proprietor of the building site. Regarding the "dirección facultativa" I'm not 100% sure, but there are other suggestions in the Proz glossaries. Good luck!

Division of Authority and Propriety

See the websites below and search for "authority and propriety". "Dirección" can also be translated as "Office", but I prefer "Division".

project and site management and owners

The dirección facultativa refers to the group of people that will manage the project on and off site. Propiedad refers to the owners of whatever is about to be constructed.
