Hola. There goes my variation on the theme: "(La Ultima Thule), el territorio más remoto del (lejano) norte, bordeado por una única frontera: el Círculo Polar Ártico". You may leave 'Ultima Thule' as it is, it gives it a nice edge in Spanish too.

Tampoco es literal, pero cuadra bien, ya que "territorio" es, en su primera acepción, una parte de un país o una región. Así que creo que está justificada su elección. Y aunque no he encontrado ninguna referencia en Google con este "lema" me suena bien y me resulta familiar.
