The Client will pay to X or to the relevant taxing Authority, as appropriate, any aplicable taxes or duties (incl. withholding tax) payable under this Agreement.

X will produce a response by a qualified member of its staff to begin to diagnose or escalate, as appropriate, a Severity 1 situation as soon as reasonably possible.
