Hi, I work in the Chinese-English pairs but would like to know about the meaning of this expression. I heard it's originally German. (Pls send responses in English) Many thanks!

Don't be annoyed with someone who -
though it's his normal job to do something - did not do it but someone else who is specialised in another area. But frankly, I have never heard of a similar idiomatic expression in German, sure it's German?

: yeah, "don't blame me if my amateur co-worker fouled up my job". But I have never heard this expression in German either.

Thanks, so it's Romanian, not German.
