survey about technical support
This is one of the features/benefits of a new technical support plan (for IT technical support of security and/or availability products). It appears in a summary table (along with other plan features such as "case history reports", "quarterly account reviews", etc.), so it needs to be succintly stated.
I'm assuming "Tailored account reviews" simply means that the client has the option of having the vendor review/make changes to the support plan, based on the client's specific needs, at any time. I know what this means but I don't know what the equivalent term would be in French. Thanks in advance for your help!
