bradypsychia, slowed mental response, mental slowness, slow mentation

Bradypsychia is in the medical dictionaries, but it´s not often used in practice (about 4,500 Google hits). I would go with slowed mental response (4.5 million hits), mental slowness (77,000 hits), or slow mentation (3,600 hits)
