Revolving Credit is a line of credit extended to individuals or businesses who may use it as often as desired up to a specific dollar limit. The agreement permits a purchaser to charge purchases against an account each period (generally a month) at which point they must pay part of the debt and may pay all of the debt. New purchases can be made, charged and paid off during the period. Generally there is a minimum payment amount based on the size of the debt. This is in contrast to a car or home loan in which a fixed amount is loaned to a client and a fixed payment is expected over a pre-set period of time.

1. - Sujeto a la autorización que SANBORNS conceda a la solicitud de crédito arriba señalada, ésta otorgará a favor de EL CLIENTE un crédito en cuenta corriente en moneda nacional, hasta por el importe que SANBORNS determine. El importe del crédito otorgado podrá ser utilizado por EL CLIENTE para la adquisición de bienes y servicios en los establecimientos comercialmente identificados como "SANBORNS" ubicados en La República Mexicana, incluyendo "SANBORNS" restaurante, bar y café. De manera general el precio de los bienes que se adquieran con cargo al crédito otorgado será el mismo que para las adquisiciones de contado. SANBORNS podrá modificar el importe del crédito otorgado de acuerdo a la experiencia crediticia de El Cliente, dando aviso a EL CLIENTE de dicha modificación mediante el estado de cuenta que SANBORNS le envíe. El importe de crédito podrá, si SANBORNS así lo determina incluir los intereses, cargos y demás gastos que con motivo del propio crédito se generen a cargo de EL CLIENTE.

2. - SANBORNS entregará a EL CLIENTE una tarjeta plástica personalizada, misma que EL CLIENTE deberá firmar al momento de recibirla, en el espacio para tal efecto destinado.
