still no ndryshim Dear Monika, I appreciate your opinion. But I still think that international fits better. The Kosova court did not change the German decision, just adopted it like it was. And there's a reference in this text to the procedure of Kosova's methods for adopting decisions from international law.

I still think that Sherefedin's first suggestion, Ndryshim (Amendment) fits best in your context.
larserik (asker) Aug 13, 2007:
Probably not The court in Kosova decided to accept a decision from a German court, so there is no ndryshim in this case, I think. But thanks for the answer, it gave me the opportunity to provide some context.
Sherefedin MUSTAFA Aug 13, 2007:
Ndryshim? Mutation, perhaps? Quite an unusual abbreviation, though.

Thanks for your context Lars-Erik which makes it clear.
I think Ndr. here stands for Ndërkombëtare in the sens of "procedurë/lëndë/rast ndërkombëtar(e)".
Given the fact that court procedures in Kosova are divided in categories , such as:
- P. [penale]
- C. [civile]
- Adm. [administrative]
I am quite sure that Ndr. stands for "Ndërkombëtare".

agree Blerta Alikaj : I agree, although Ndr. was also used as an abbreviation for Ndermarje = Enterpreneurship, or Enterprise during the 80ies.
