Spanish term

entrega de licor para descorche

Spanish to English Other Food & Drink Wedding packages at a hotel
"La entrega de licor para descorche, con sus respectivos timbres, será de Lunes a Viernes en horas de 8:00am a 5:00pm, un día antes del evento, para garantizar el servicio del licor a la temperatura adecuada."

In Panama (don't know if it's called like that anywhere else), the "descorche" is a fee a venue charges for opening each bottle of liquor at an event held there.

I found "corking fee" and even "uncorking fee" in Google.

However, I don't know how to render the rest of the phrase so it's coherent...

Also, "respectivos timbres" refers to the stamps that bottles must bear to indicate payment of the government tax on alcoholic beverages.

So this refers to bottles brought by the client to his or her own private event, and not bottles served by the hotel.

Please excuse my grammar, I'm veeeeery tired :(

Thanks a lot!

and, yes it refers to bottles you bring yourself to an event, but you still have to pay corkage on them. They have to make their money somehow :)

alcohol to be served may be brought in

This is how I would do the whole sentence--I think it needs to be somewhat restructured to flow well in English:

Bottles of alcohol to be served may be brought in, with their liquor tax stamps, from Monday to Friday between 8 am and 5 pm. Please provide/bring in alcohol one day before the event, to ensure that alcohol can be served at the appropriate temperature.
