"Eine Kundenumfrage hat gezeigt, dass die Qualität der Dimension "Kundennähe des Leistungsangebotes" verbesserungswürdig ist" .
Doe this mean literally the "proximity" of the services to the customer, or the "relevance" of the services.. or something else?

I would go with local presence for Kundennaehe. Customer accessibility could also work, but I think local presence is more elegant.

: A great buzz word, Rob! I like it. The only question is whether a customer survey would use this kind of jargon. Would the firm ask its customers to rate the "client centricity of its range of services"? That kind of lingo might alienate some folks, oder?

I agree that a customer survey would not use this jargon, but an internal marketing unit certainly would, as would a case study in a business text book. I'm the first guy to roll my eyes at "going forward" and "incentivize" too, believe me.
