dear all the text is about Bones and Muscles, only headlines, here're some examples:

• Falange
• Ligamento deltoideo
• Ligamento tibioperoneo anterior
• Ligamento tibioperoneo posterior
• Ligamento peroneocalcáneo
• Esguince
• Torsión
• Astrágalo
• Luxación
OK... but what is the text about?

Outer layer

I suppose they mean to describe anatomy by layers or planes starting from the most "superficial" which usuals means outer. Muscles are organized in different planes. In Arabic it would be: الطبقة السطحية أو الطبقة الأولى أو الخارجية
